New CID Cosmetics is proud to support
the amazing work of the charity “Look Good Feel Better”.

Look Good Feel Better (LGFB) is the only international cancer support charity that helps boost the physical and emotional wellbeing of people undergoing cancer treatment.

Their free confidence boosting Workshops are held across the UK for women, men and young adults undergoing treatment for any type of cancer.

Each group session is led by trained volunteers and is a chance to meet others in a similar situation, as well as learning useful skills and techniques to manage the side-effects of cancer treatment.

Volunteer at a workshop

To become a volunteer you need at least one year’s professional experience in skincare or the application of make-up. Volunteers can be Beauty Therapists, Salon staff, Beauty Brand Consultants, freelance make-up artists, Barbers or those who are no longer working in the beauty industry but have the right skills and previous experience.  You’ll be helping people who may be coming to terms with their appearance and physical side effects of their treatment, so a kind, sensitive and friendly personality is a must.  Please follow this link to register an interest directly with the charity.
